  CHEF DE LA DIRECTION DU MARKETING (CMO)

  DESCRIPTION DE POSTE

  Relevant du président, le chef de la direction du marketing " CMO " est responsable d'établir et de maintenir les relations avec les assureurs au sein de HUB Québec. Il soutient les objectifs de croissance des ventes et supervise l'équipe de marketing ainsi que l'équipe des réclamations. En tant que membre de l'équipe de direction locale, le " CMO " doit contribuer au développement et participer à l'exécution de la stratégie de croissance locale tout en soutenant notre vision d'entreprise en collaboration avec les membres de la direction.

  Ses responsabilités sont, sans s'y limiter, les suivantes :

  Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre un plan stratégique; Établir, améliorer et maintenir les relations avec les compagnies d'assurance; Améliorer et maximiser la croissance et la rentabilité avec nos assureurs; Contribuer, dans le cadre du processus budgétaire, à fixer les objectifs en ce qui concerne la rémunération perçue auprès de nos assureurs; Assurer le suivi des objectifs; Soutenir les objectifs et les initiatives avec les assureurs de HUB au niveau national et entretenir les relations avec l'équipe " CMO " nationale; Veiller à la qualité de l'expérience en matière de réclamations; Superviser la stratégie de placement; Soutenir la stratégie avec nos assureurs afin de maximiser l'efficacité du partenariat; Assurer le développement et le maintien des relations avec les Lloyd's et les autorités de souscription internes; Développer de nouveaux produits, programmes et capacités pour soutenir les équipes de vente; Participer activement aux activités de réseautage de l'industrie de l'assurance afin de bâtir des relations d'affaires qui favorisent la présence et la réputation de l'organisation. EXIGENCES DU POSTE

  Compétences techniques Détenir un permis de courtier en assurance de dommages; Minimum dix (10) ans d'expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance de dommages; Minimum (5) ans d'expérience dans un poste de cadre supérieur; Expérience en gestion stratégique et opérationnelle. Compétences personnelles Excellentes compétences en matière de communication (orale et écrite); Capacité à réfléchir de manière stratégique et créative à des placements de risques difficiles/complexes et à organiser le travail en conséquence; Capacité à travailler en collaboration afin de créer un environnement axé sur les résultats et le travail d'équipe; Fortes aptitudes organisationnelles et analytiques. Conditions de travail spécifiques Des déplacements sont nécessaires en région ainsi qu'aux États-Unis; Horaires de travail variables peuvent être exigés, y compris une présence au bureau au moins trois jours par semaine.

  CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER (CMO)

  JOB DESCRIPTION**

  Reporting to the President, the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with insurers within HUB Quebec. He supports sales growth objectives and supervises both the marketing and claims teams. As a member of the local executive team the CMO is expected to contribute to the development and execution of the local growth strategy, while supporting our corporate vision in collaboration with senior management.

  His responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement a strategic plan; Establish, improve and maintain relationships with insurance companies; Improve and maximize growth and profitability with our insurers; Contribute, as part of the budgeting process, to setting objectives with regard to compensation received from our insurers; Monitor objectives; Support objectives and initiatives with HUB's national insurers, and maintain relations with the national CMO team; Ensure quality of claims experience; Oversee investment strategy; Support the strategy with our insurers to maximize the effectiveness of the partnership; Develop and maintain relationships with Lloyd's and internal underwriting authorities; Develop new products, programs and capabilities to support sales teams; Actively participate in insurance industry networking activities to build business relationships that enhance the organization's presence and reputation. JOB REQUIREMENTS

  Technical skills Licensed property and casualty insurance broker; Minimum ten (10) years experience in the property and casualty insurance industry; Minimum (5) years experience in a senior management position; Experience in strategic and operational management. Personal skills Excellent communication skills (oral and written); Ability to think strategically and creatively about difficult/complex risk placements and organize work accordingly; Ability to work collaboratively to create a results-oriented, team-oriented environment; Strong organizational and analytical skills. Specific working conditions Travel is required within the region and to the United States; Flexible working hours may be required, including at least three days a week in the office.   Required Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience

  Required Travel: Up to 25%

  Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
