　　A Catering Sales Manager - Social Events & OC with Conrad Hotels and Resorts manages the Catering Sales operations to actively convert customer enquiries into confirmed sales.

　　What will I be doing?

　　As a Catering Sales Manager - Social Events & OC, you will manage all aspects of Catering Sales operations including social and outdoor catering events. The Catering Sales Manager will interact frequently with customers and Guests to learn about their needs and develop relationships from which to earn repeat and expanded business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　Maximise all Outdoor Catering and Social events revenue opportunities (weightage of 80% and 20% respectively)Maximize all function venues within the hotel and develop outside catering opportunities through revenue generation activitiesBring in new accounts for the outdoor catering segmentReview business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targetsContribute to the selling strategy of the hotel, and manage the departments adherence to achieving that strategyUnderstand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local marketOrganize hotel promotional activitiesAd hoc projectsWork closely with F&B Operations & Kitchen team in order to look for new opportunities and ensuring that service standards are delivered or curating new menus as and when requiredEnsure that Delphi standards are adhered by keying in accurate data into the systemCross-sell F&B outlets where the opportunity arisesPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required by the managementWhat are we looking for?
