Position: Voice Order Support Representative
Location: Tempe, AZ

Pay Rate:
$18/hour
$20 meal credit daily!
Weekly Paycheck
Schedule:
Need be available Monday-Sunday from 5AM-12AM (open availability).
Will get assigned a schedule within those hours, 5 days a week with two consecutive days off.

Description:
Support inbound calls for live food orders for partner Merchants & Customers while maintaining 5 star customer service.
Develop an extensive expertise in how uses its processes & system to promote positive outcomes.
Operate with a willingness to grow with a diverse team that has passion for what we do & the impact we are making toward this industry.
Go above & beyond to create the best possible outcome for our customers.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1 year of customer service experience in person, or via phone, email, or chat. Open to retail/restaurant experience and any experience in a role that is customer facing.
You have strong verbal communication skills.
You are customer obsessed & love helping others.
You are a strategic-thinker that loves to explore new opportunities & process improvements.
You are in a commutable distance to our Tempe, AZ facility.
