Evaluation of development training needs in coordination with department heads and facilitation of learning processes/Capability Building Exercises.
To perform role of Department Training Coordinator {DTC) including verification of Training data, ensure Induction Training, prepare MTNM for department & TPS and maintain trainer's qualification log.
Ensure GxP Compliance related to HR SOPs. Ensure timely closure of CAPA.
Ensure document and service file storage and archival as per related SOP.
For generation of impact assessment report for Activity Based SOPs.
