Join our dynamic team as a Program Assistant! Under the guidance of program directors and the MSO, you'll play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and evaluating various Division Programs, spanning education, research, and clinical domains. Collaborate with program stakeholders, schedule meetings, and manage logistics to ensure seamless program execution. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will shine as you liaise with university/hospital administration, community partners, and volunteers. Leverage your proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with a willingness to learn new programs. If you have experience in program coordination, training, and a knack for supervising large groups, plus knowledge of geriatrics patient care and UCLA policies, we want you on our team! Be prepared for occasional night and weekend work as we strive to make a positive impact in healthcare.
Salary: $22.03 - $43.68Qualifications
Required:
Working knowledge of Institutional Review Board and contracts and grant policies and procedures
Experience with coordinating, training and supervising a large group of people.
Demonstrated leadership skills to oversee administrative and research staff, delegate responsibilities, provide training, provide oversight to daily program/research activities
Analytical skills to work and solve problems with minimal supervision
Group skills to represent Programs, Studies and Division in meetings
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Ability to format text for continuity.
