Job Description

　　Insight Global is looking for a Sr. C++ Developer to join a top automotive company on a contract basis. This candidate will join a team that manages and maintains a rapidly growing vehicle analytics framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing various pieces of software that runs on multiple components in vehicles to capture, aggregate, and transmit data to the server infrastructure. You will play a vital role in supporting new feature development, investigating, debugging, understanding, and fixing bugs, exploring options for how to design new features, conducting unit tests to properly prove code.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　5+ years of experience as a software developer with strong embedded experience

　　Hands on experience with modern C++ (11/14/17)

　　Strong knowledge of unit testing and ability to review code

　　Linux, QNX, or other POSIX operating systems

　　Experience developing multi-threaded systems QT, QML

　　Boost (library only available in C++)

　　Android/CarPlay/IOS experience

　　Big data, analytics, and visualization experience

　　Embedded development experience in mobile or automotive spaces a huge plus null
