　　Summary

　　Detailed Description

　　Align with the internal team (requestors) and external team (suppliers) about the Complex RFQ packages / SoW.

　　Provide the RFQ summary, Q/A template , scorecard template, resulting in the selecting the best vendors with the competitive terms & conditions.

　　Pricing / non pricing negotiation example : payment term / ordering lead time / incoterm.

　　Local contract review / debating contractual terms before finalizing contract signatory.

　　Evaluate the historical spending as well as the market information / factors to derive insights useful in the preparation of and during the sourcing cycle.

　　Vendor code setup or readiness - gather all data / supplier company profiling / ETQ submission / review buy off / validation / follow up for closure.

　　PR# validation process - before PO# placement - validate the PR# qty, vendor code, unit price, UoM, all the supporting docs.

　　PO# Management (Fixed Asset, Framework PO, Expense PO) - PO# placement, follow-up for shipment schedule, monitor / control overdue PO#, Invoices / AP /VIM - disputes settlement.

　　Monthly Preparation of savings report to site management team as well as Corp. team.

　　Quarterly - Gemba Meeting.

　　Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

　　Sourcing for non production goods and services / all the RFI / RFQ / sourcing activities.

　　Identify and Qualify the best suppliers / vendors to participate in the sourcing activities.

　　Typical Experience

　　Minimum 3 years of working experience in Indirect Material BuyerTypical Education

　　Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain Management or any related fieldsNotes
