　　Job Overview

　　The main objective of this role is to provide analytical insights and business solutions in the form of adhoc analysis, regular reports and dashboards for global Industrial Pricing team. This position gains experience in various areas including, but not limited to: extract, structure and analyze data; create interactive presentations and dashboards; perform different analysis like market basket analysis; customer churn analysis, opportunity cost analysis; automation and process improvement.

　　Therefore, the person in this role must be an expert in their field and confident in interacting with the stakeholders and proposing solutions.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Ability to work with large data sets and present findings to key stakeholdersData management using SQL/Python/Tableau/PowerBIIndividual and team contributor role in working through project phases:Determine data requirements to structure and understand a business problemData cleaning, aggregation, analysis, interpretation, and quality analysisPreparing data for predictive/prescriptive analysisTranslate analyzed results into business insights. Story telling through presentation/dashboardCollaborate closely with other team members, understand dependencies and be agile in adapting according to project requirementsSupport for the development and maintenance of existing dashboardsResearch advanced and better ways to solve problems than they are normally done and install new learning in the team

　　Candidate Desired Profile:

　　Full time bachelor's degree in BE / BTech3-6 years of work experience in developing and deploying analytical solutionsWorking knowledge of analytical techniques such as root cause analysis, market basket analysis, price change impact analysis, customer churn analysis, opportunity analysis and expertise in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, Spark etc.Experience on working with visualization tools as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.Proficient in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, etc.Insights generation, providing recommendation & story telling skillsStrong communication, storyboarding and presentation skills is mustGood to have knowledge in Machine Learning Algorithms like Random Forest, Classification, Gradient Boosting Willingness to work EMEA hours
