JOB REQUIREMENTS: The AVP Residential Mortgage Lender is responsible forsoliciting, negotiating, and originating residential (first and secondmortgages, construction mortgage loans, and HELOC\'s) loans incompliance with the Bank\'s lending policies and procedures. Thisposition requires participation in the attainment of established Bankgoals and objectives. This is achieved through sales management andofficer call programs, developing deposit and loan relationships withcustomers, generating business for the Bank by maintaining good customerrelations and making referrals to appropriate business lines within theBank.
