Main Purpose: -
Ensuring welfare worker's by continuous communication with the Factory Management & WorkersEnsure accurate timely processing and maintenance of salaries, records, claims and employee related documentsTo promote harmonious relations and to do liaison work between the workers and the management.Supporting the Manager in ensuring compliance related to applicable labor law related & statutory obligations Assisting the Manager in maintaining a positive IR environment in the company
Responsibilities
Accountabilities -
Ensure fulfilment of obligations of statutory or otherwise, in the application of the provisions of the Factories Act, 1948, and the rules made thereunder.Ensuring the functioning of Time Office & keeping track leave , attendance management. Ensure timely payment of wages and statutory dues on monthly and yearly basis. Ensuring provident fund pension and superannuation fund, gratuity payments, maternity benefits, workmen's compensation, Employee State Insurance and other welfare and social benefit measures.Ensure submission of all notices, periodically and yearly returns to all statutory authorities. Ensure provision or amenities such as first-aid, ambulance rooms, canteens, crech, shelters for rest etc.Monitor the grant of leave with wages, explain to the workers the provisions relating to leave with wages and other leave privileges, and to guide the workers in the matter of submission of application for grant of leave for regularizing authorized absenceSupervise and control the notice board and information bulletins to facilitate further education of workers and to encourage their attendance at technical institutes.Supervision of contractual workforce and the applicable acts and rulesGrievance handling in line with Salary or other benefits.

Budget: Operate within budgets as per AOP Geography: Entire Plant Staff, Operatives & ContractualNo of sites: One Plant (Kosi Plant)
Qualifications
At least 3-6 years of plant experience managing frontline and staff through progressive HR interventionsDesirable, Proven, experience of at least 3-6 years in the HR function in a manufacturing industry Handling tough Industrial relations scenariosEducation : Mater of Social Workers (MSW), Master's degree in HRM, HRD , HR, PM/PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial RelationsFluency in English & Hindi
