  韓国語と日本語でSalesforce CRMのトラブルシューティングお客様の期待値を管理し、優れた顧客体験を提供卓越した分析、トラブルシューティング、および問題解決の専門知識の提示プレッシャーのかかる状況下でのマルチタスクと効率的な業務遂行Salesforce CRMの多方面における複数スキルの取得周囲のメンバーと積極的に助け合い、個人やチームのミッションを完遂積極的に意見を出しチームのオペレーション改善に貢献グローバルサポート/開発部門との連携業務に関連するトレーニングへの継続的な参加

  必須要件

  学位または同等の関連職務経験尚可文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力エンジニアリング、プログラミング、またはテクニカルサポートの実務経験ウェブ、アプリケーション、データベースサーバーの役割などシステム構成の理解ネットワークおよびデータ通信技術の理解: DNS、SSL、ファイアウォール、各種通信プロトコルの全般知識クレーム対応経験、各種ステークホルダーとの調整• 折衝経験韓国語 (流暢な会話および読み書き) / 日本語 (流暢な会話および読み書き) / 英語 (読み書き必須、会話尚可)
