This position is part of the Project Management team and will be hybrid (to the site at Fargo, North Dakota at least 3 days a week). You will be a part of the Project Management Team and report to the Manager, Project Management responsible for driving projects to completion by coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring that all departments are accountable for deliverables while meeting delivery deadlines for development projects and manufacturing campaigns across all service levels for less complex projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Act as a point of contact for clients during the lifecycle of an order including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress of work from internal and external teams.
Lead team meetings and ensure follow-up of actions items, resolving and/or escalating issues internally and externally in a timely fashion and to proper participants as well as maintain project documentation including project plan timelines, status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Use critical thinking to proactively identify project barriers, generate solutions to problems and/or escalate issues internally and externally as required.
Effectively communicate and interact with internal and external teams providing project updates, changes in project scope, timing, or requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
Identify opportunities for and contribute to training and/or process improvement initiatives.
The essential requirements of the job include:
B.S. or B.A. required, life sciences degree highly preferred.
Prefer 1-3 years of experience in project management or a similar role required.
Experience managing client-facing projects required.
Experience in a regulated biotechnology or pharmaceutical field or CDMO preferred.
