The facility employs just under 500 full time associates in a 5-shift operation, which encompasses 235,000 sq ft. along with 12,000 skus.   Job Description

  Responsibilities:

  Lead and drive the development of Lean mindset and principles (Lean) in LctP through coaching the teams on robust standards and evaluation of the current state of manufacturing, logistics, and indirect systems and processes.

  Ideation of new solutions and best practices plant wide, partnering with associates across all functions and levels.

  Qualifications

  Requirements:

  Knowledge

  Advanced Knowledge and application around Standardized Work, 5S, Pull Principle, Leveling (heijunka), Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement Cycles, Shopfloor Involvement, Total Productive Maintenance, Daily Leadership Routines, Logistics Standardization, Quality Principles

  Coaching team in Lean Mindset

  Advanced knowledge in office-applications Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.

  Good understanding of the value stream processes and the impact they have on each other (holistic approach in a Value Chain)

  Skills & Behaviors

  Energy and enthusiasm for Continuous ImprovementLead, develop and coach teams and value streams towards development of lean mindset.

  Aiming to identify an improvement potential and implement the idea in a structured way using Lean Tools for project Management and Daily management methodologies.

  Ability to work cross-functionally; seamlessly with both CIP Team and operational/shop floor/manufacturing workers.

  Strong Interpersonal Capabilities (Collaborating and working well together with others, clear communication skills, empathy for others, socializing skills, coaching and moderation skills)

  Performance Driven

  Leads Up in project implementation

  Organizes Resources and coach implementation and creation of new standards in a robust way

  Results Oriented

  Analytical

  Flexible schedule, must be willing to work in different shifts when necessary (aprox. 12 weeks/year) Ability to support multiple sites locally

  • SETTING DIRECTION: Identifies change opportunities within area of expertise and guide BPS team for development around the plant

  • ENABLING EFFECTIVENESS: Enable Creation of tools, structures and systems to increase effectiveness of the entire organization.

  • INITIATING ACTION: Identifies improvement needs and nurture solutions.

  • MODELING BEHAVIOR: Encourages others to exhibit positive behavior and actions giving coaching.

  • ORGANIZING SYSTEMS: Nurture creation and improvement of systems to achieve sustainable results that drive department/plant/ division success.

  • LEARNING CONSTANTLY: Mentor to help close gaps in others.

  Experience

  Experience in Manufacturing Environment (5+ years)

  Experience with Lean Tools Coaching and Implementation (5+ years)

  Experience working in a fast pace dynamic environment (5+ years)

  Experience in Leading & Coaching in Lean Manufacturing (5+years)
