　　Positions in this function are responsible for checking in, scheduling appointments, answering billing questions and managing patient medical records for a clinic. Roles may vary based on the size of the clinic(s).

　　Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:45 am to 5:00pm

　　Location: 3090 N Litchfield Rd, Goodyear, AZ 85395

　　Primary Responsibilities:

　　Patient check-in Document verification Positive attitude Be able to interact with patients in a professional manner at all times Processing patients efficiently to ensure smooth flow from check in to check out Manage daily intake of copays/payments and document Daily preparation of patient charts for next day, verifying insurance, confirming appointments, answering patient questions Reviewing schedules daily Answering inbound calls

　　High School Diploma/GED (or higher) 1+ years of customer service experience Beginner level of proficiency with both Windows and non-Windows based applications

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　1+ years of experience with eClinicalWorks 1+ years of medical front office experience 1+ years of Electronic Medical Record experience Bilingual (English and Spanish)
