  Atlassian is looking for an Associate Marketing Campaign Manager to help drive end-to-end event marketing campaigns and increase demand for our customer-facing events. Your role will be to build audience acquisition pre- and post-event campaign strategies working with demand generation, experiential (event) marketing, product marketing, sales, and other teams.   We are looking for a marketing machine and a great program manager to partner with the Atlassian event generation team, reporting into our Senior Team Lead over Event Demand Generation. You believe in the power of events in marketing and thrive in digital campaign analytics. You love the science of marketing as much as the art and enjoy building and measuring new systems and campaigns.

  You'll get to:

  Support the event demand generation team in developing and executing event audience acquisition and nurture campaigns for global Atlassian eventsBuild and manage tracking documents for pre- and post-event marketing campaignsSupport the event demand generation leads on program coordination including ticket creation and management, timeline updates, collaboration with partners, and scheduling meetings.Write event promotional emails, posts, and campaigns for global and regional target audiencesMeasure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs. This includes and is not limited to creating and distributing UTMs to track digital marketing efforts, pulling individual campaign tracking, collecting screenshots, and reporting on metrics for each campaign to enable the Senior Event Demand Generation Leads to make strategic decisions on audience acquisition planning.Partner with the Senior Demand Generation leads on distribution of sales and internal enablement materials around promotion for Atlassian's biggest events and conferencesConnect the dots between teams to manage the process, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns.Provide ad hoc campaign and/or project executional support for our two Senior Event Demand Generation leads or Senior Team Lead over Event Demand Generation.

  Your background

  Experience in B2B demand generation, event marketing, and campaign management.Understanding and experience working with marketing and sales funnels.A knack for details.Extraordinary program management with and a consistent track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams.Manage multiple campaigns and programs running at the same time.A passion for metrics. You live for the data and use it to guide your programs and spend.Fluent in marketing automation and CRM capabilities with hands-on experience (SFDC + Marketo a big plus).

  Compensation

  At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

  In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

  Zone A: $81,000 - $108,000

  Zone B: $72,900 - $97,200

  Zone C: $69,300 - $89,700

  This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
