　　In this opportunity as Associate Client Executive, you will:

　　Consult with existing customers to understand their needs and goalsIdentify opportunities to meet/exceed customer needs, provide the right solutions to address those needs, and improve operationsDrive retention and achieve renewal targets by engaging customers during the renewal windowUpsell specific product lines and pass leads to sales executives for major productsSupport in developing and executing territory growth strategiesUse technology-Salesforce, Outreach, and Connect & Sell-to maximize effectivenessAttend ongoing trainings weekly to keep up to date on products and sales skills

　　You are a fit for the role of Associate Client Executive if your background includes:

　　Bachelor's Degree is preferredMinimum 3 years direct client contact in either inside or outside salesHighly organized with time management, strategic thinking, problem solving, troubleshooting, risk management, escalation, and analytical skills.Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts and to facilitate consensus within those groups.Skills in key areas of responsibility (i.e., business process/business operations management, customer service, etc.).Working knowledge of consultative sales process, methods, and techniquesAmbitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
