Job Description

　　We are looking for an Assistant Sales Consultant to join the team immediately! Our client is a luxury home-building company based in Rockville, MD and this is an exciting opportunity to join their sales team! You will have a lot of room for growth in this company!

　　WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED Schedule is Thursday-Monday, with Tuesday/Wednesday as off days. 9:30-6:30 shift.

　　Uncapped commission potential.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist management of community sales and educate prospective homeowners regarding available homes and homesites

　　Assist management of communication with purchaser from contract through settlement

　　Assist administration of sales contract and reporting of home sales, lot status, and inventory

　　Assist demonstration and maintenance of model home, brochures, price lists and associated marketing material

　　Assist management and development of systems for following up on existing, and creating new, sales leads

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Bachelors degree

　　Interest in home building or real estate

　　Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

　　Team player, go-getter, and results driven Previous sales experience

　　Knowledge of real estate or home building industry null
