  We’re seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Providence, RI to focus on multiple projects in Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts involving Higher Educational Clients, K-12 public schools, State building and Healthcare projects. In this role, you’ll assist Project Managers by analyzing and developing reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, invoices, financial spreadsheets, and project schedules. You may serve in different roles. For example, you may be the site lead, working closely with clients and project stakeholders on one project, while supporting a team as a field engineer on another. You’ll provide effective project management to manage budgets, maintain project schedules, oversee contractors and deliver projects to the quality and expectations of our clients.

  Here's What You'll Need:

  Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering discipline or Construction related field

  5+ years of related construction project management experience with public and private building projects

  Proven experience being part of the design/construction process that includes pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, programming, A/E/C team selection, design, and construction management

  Experience supporting multiple projects concurrently

  Demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills

  Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites based on business needs

  Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  Professional certification, such as Construction Manager-in-Training (CMIT), Engineer in Training

  OSHA 10 certification

  Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software
