Overall
This role is a foundational role for marketing at Molson Coors. As part of Coors Family of Brands brand team, this person will be responsible for understanding the beer and beverage landscape, how Coors Light fits within it, and how we can generate growth of brand volume and revenue, and build brand equity.

Coors Light Assistant Marketing Manager Skills & Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Development:
The Coors Light Activation team creates campaigns for times of the year and moments in culture that are meaningful to our consumers.
Individuals in this role are responsible for developing breakthrough creative and driving earned media
The ability to leverage industry and culture to push ideas forward is critical. Project
Management & Effective Business Communication:
This person will be expected to help influence and collaboration with effective project management and business commination as they work with local teams to build, plan and execute local branded efforts.
Understanding deadlines and managing cross functional team to deliver timely execution is critical.
Brand and Visual ID Foundation
This person will be responsible for learning and understanding the Coors Light and Coors family of brands foundation. From visual to campaign this person will gain deep understanding of brand building, then help bring it to life across the country.This person must:
Demonstrate a passion for creativity
Have a desire to learn and stretch their thinking
Demonstrate organization to manage timelines and workload
Have a curiosity for business development and measurement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
2-4 years of previous marketing experience with high profile CPG brands.
Experience in managing the creative process with agency partners and integrating insight from Brand along with value chain stakeholders in Sales and Local Marketing.
Experience conducting financial and business analysis and retrieving and analyzing data.
You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities. You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends
that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy
You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
You are deadly serious about results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering.
You are a motivated leader that can inspire others; you respect your commitments and are able to obtain optimal results from your team through respect and development
