Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel and Word). Must have knowledge of creating pivot tables in Excel and splitting the spreadsheets by members. Working in Excel will be a major part of the job responsibilities so having more than a basic knowledge of Excel is needed. This position will receive secure emails though Outlook. All emails will have an Excel document that needs to be worked. After working on the Excel documents the claim will need to be entered into our system and all documents indexed to another system. Must be detailed oriented as this is not just a data entry position. This position requires the individual to validate information currently received to information previously received to make sure all claims balance. Medical insurance experience is a plus. The work location is in the Optum Campus in Eden Prairie, MN. After training is done working hybrid could be an option with working in the office 3 days a week and 2 days at home if they have the proper work space at home and are fully trained.
