As an integral part of Citi's Operations & Technology (EI O&T), Supply Chain System Ops has Business and Functional ownership of Enterprise applications, executes a global strategy, leveraging global & regional delivery teams; follow the sun methodology.
Provides global and regional support of 10 medium to very high-risk applications in addition to desktop tools supporting core RMO functions.
Provides consistent platform deployment, standardization and cross functional support
Support country rollouts, enhancements/change requests, technology upgrades and application configurations of core RMO Platforms
Job Summary:
This role is for an Oracle Procure-to-Pay techno/functional resource with advanced Oracle Payables (AP) expertise. This individual will need to have advanced familiarity with the overall Oracle eBusiness Suite product and will have to develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders for program delivery and on-going Business As Usual (BAU) support.
Job Description:
Coordinate and drive the successful and timely completion of Accounts Payable functions and programs to achieve business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues, which impact project/program delivery.
Required Skills/Experience
Leads implementations and integration activities for the Accounts Payables team;
Proven experience with strong resource management to ensure proper resource allocation and utilization.
Coordinate and drive the successful and timely completion of Accounts Payable team to achieve business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues, which impact project/program delivery.
Support Procure to Pay Accounts Payable on-boarding to include custom invoice processing, imaging technology, as well as workflow capabilities.
Coordinate in- country testing, back office training, and required documentation with remote teams.
Support any incremental AP platform modifications due to other core program change to ensure seamless integration.
Work with the implementation team to on-board additional P2P countries into the new infrastructure.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and technology teams including partnering with other Citi departments and businesses.
Communicate effectively with teams and management on status, issues, and risks.
Strong professional verbal and written skills
Schedule and lead functional meetings as required, including preparation of meeting agendas and meeting minutes.
Proactively follow up on action items to closure.
Develops and maintains partnerships with stakeholders for program delivery, and on-going support.

Conduct job interviews for both internal and external AP Team candidates; to include, providing feedback on promotional opportunities for internal AP team candidates, as applicable.

• Cross-train on primary responsibilities of peers to serve as a back-up when needed (where applicable)

• Manage the Center’s Service Delivery through robust customer service capabilities and a strong customer relationship interaction model with key stakeholders including Finance, Procurement, and the Citi businesses.
• Customer Relationship Management & Service: Responsible for all aspects of each Citi business’s interaction with the team, systems and processes supported by the Budapest Service Center operations. These aspects of the role range from proactive involvement with business management in the planning for business re-organizations (e.g. announced acquisitions, divestitures, and changes in regulatory requirements) through to the development and maintenance of effective systems and processes to capture and resolve end user transactional inquiries.

Accounting degree or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in a financial environment

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
Microsoft Access skills desirable
SQL skills desirable
Experience in Enterprise Applications, supporting Global Stakeholders
Experience in handling Digital Transformation Projects, Strong Communication and Stakeholder management skills.
