　　Due to the growth of our Intelligence Division, we are continually on the lookout for Intelligence Community experts to help solve our customer’s needs.

　　We have an immediate opportunity for an All-Source Analyst with a background in the analysis of maritime counterproliferation and insurgent activity throughout the Middle East. This position will be based at our customer site in Suitland, MD.

　　Responsibilities

　　As an All-Source Analyst you will provide in-depth research and analysis regarding counterproliferation in the Middle East. You’ll support our U.S. Navy customer along with a team of analysts and linguists using advanced tools and techniques to exploit publicly available information (PAI) and integrate with classified data to produce high quality intelligence briefings and written products. Specific responsibilities will include:

　　Conduct all-source analysis from both open source and classified resources using advanced analytic tools, methodologies, and tradecraft.

　　Conduct research on vessels of interest using various sources and apply information to briefings, RFIs, and finished intelligence products.

　　Support the development of new collection capabilities and analytic products/projects.

　　Attend and facilitate meetings (including classified), prepare agendas, track action items, and distribute minutes.

　　Will be working in a secure office environment rated for classified storage and discussions (SCIF) alongside military and Government personnel.

　　Qualifications

　　Experience:

　　Minimum 5 years of demonstrated all-source intelligence analysis experience that includes performing research, analysis, interpretation of data, evaluation and integration of data from multiple sources, knowledge on performing database queries

　　Minimum 5 years of writing experience, publishing succinct all source analytic products

　　Minimum 2 years of experience with intelligence research related to network analysis

　　Personnel shall have experience with all source analytic tools, programs, or databases to perform all-source intelligence analyst tasks (such as DataExplorer, Cultweave, Voltron, Multi-Media Message Monitor (M3), Analyst’s Notebook or other link/network analysis programs, Quantum Leap Intelligence Exchange (QLIX), Terrorist Identities Database Environment (TIDE), Tripwire Analytical Capability (TAC), repositories for financial analysis, and organizational webpages)

　　Highly Desirable Qualifications (not required):

　　Knowledge of civil maritime shipping, container shipping operations, or experience in the Maritime Industry

　　Middle Eastern-focused academic and/or analytic experience

　　Publicly Available Information (PAI) analysis experience

　　Skills:

　　Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office software programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)

　　Demonstrated proficiency in effective communications (writing, speaking, briefing)

　　Security Clearance:

　　This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI). Due to the nature of this work, we are unable to consider applicants who do not have this level of clearance.
