　　AI Program Manager

　　Lenovo is seeking a seasoned AI Program Manager to help us scale our AI Ecosystem & solutions, and ensure our programs continuously improve and deliver benefits for our teams and partners. This is a fast pace, high growth role with significant autonomy, where candidates are expected to take ownership from day one and to drive meaningful impact, with a strong self-starter mentality. 　　Your responsibilities will include managing programs with strategic alliances related to our AI business, drive Lenovo AI Innovators programs and ensure our global AI team is efficently tracking and managing tasks to ensure on-time delivery of products, solutions and programs. This will include driving improvements on how we choose, validate, onboard our partners. You will develop relationships with AI startups, set up new processes, support content development and management with Marketing and ISV partners. You will work across multiple teams ensuring they are equipped with the right tools to drive new businesses and local ISV relationships.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Manage complex projects and task management for our global AI business ranging from alliance programs, solution & product management and sales performance.

　　Maintain BMS and regular interlocks with vendors & partners related to joint projects.

　　Set up processes, relay best practices and ensure compliance.

　　Work across Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Development to develop a 360 program.

　　Own and track key KPIs, and actively push for improvements or solutions.

　　Co-develop Content with partners and Lenovo Marketing and manage it across the organization.

　　Help Validate, Onboard, and grow new AI partnerships.

　　Qualifications

　　5+ years of technology-related project/program management - specifically in areas of product management, marketing or sales operations

　　Proven track-record on large scale projects, dealing with multiple or complex stakeholders.

　　Excellent organizational skills and experience with enterprise productivity software

　　BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

　　Strong verbal and written communications skills in English (This position will be reporting to USA)

　　Preferred qualifications

　　2+ years business development experience

　　PMP or equivilant project management certification

　　Basic Understanding of AI technology, market, and trends

　　Experience working with ecosystem building or Alliances Management, specifically with ISVs (independant software vendors)

　　Experience with task automation and process improvement
