　　RCM is seeking an ADP Workforce Now Support Specialist for our pharmaceutical client in Puerto Rico.

　　Primary Responsibilities

　　Provide daily support in payroll processes and report generation using Workforce Now.

　　Check for data errors that occur between the SAP to Workday and Workday to Workforce interfaces.

　　Develop and deliver web-based training presentations for clients.

　　Manage and resolve client issues as they arise during and after the project.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Workforce Now

　　Fully Bilingual (Spanish-English)

　　Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

　　Experience working independently without daily supervision

　　Ability to multitask between different projects and clients
