REGENT BANK JOB DESCRIPTION

　　Summary:

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.

　　Educate customers on various mortgage products, interest rates, and lending options.

　　Review customers’ financial information to determine the most suitable mortgage solution.

　　Analyze credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant documents to determine eligibility.

　　Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in lending guidelines.

　　Provide timely and accurate reports on loan origination activities.

　　Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

　　Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marking initiatives.

　　Prepare and review loan documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

　　Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local mortgage lending regulations.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Education And/Or Experience:

　　Bachelor’s degree in finance, general business, or related field preferred.

　　Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

　　Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license following state and federal regulations.

　　Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

　　Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

　　Strong verbal and written communication skills.

　　Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

　　Strong analytical skills required.

　　Proficient in using mortgage software and related technology tools.

　　Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure of deadlines.

　　All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment background, credit, and drug screening

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Must exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently.

　　Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25lbs.

　　Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

　　Standing for long periods.

　　Working Conditions:

　　The working conditions are generally comfortable, with minimal exposure to noise, heat, dust, and other related items. All employees are required to maintain a neat and safe work area.
