  What do our Admin Supervisors do?

  Responsible for supporting the operations of the administrative team within a specific vertical and a working knowledge of all administrative verticals. Executing the strategies, vision, policies, and processes set by the Senior Customer Managers, Customer Administration, and Administration Manager. Lead and motivate the administrative team to consistently deliver the optimal Rentokil Terminix customer and colleagues experience. They will help ensure proper staffing levels are accomplished in the most fiscally responsible manner and all colleagues are effectively trained and capable to complete their specific roles. This position is responsible for having a working knowledge of the following but not limited to - Billing, Retention, Termite, Sales Entry, and Market Admin Support. In addition to support field technicians, lead processing, safety compliance, major account support, termite renewal processing, scorecard reviews, and end of month leadership.

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  Maintains and improves customer excellence experience by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving problems, preparing and completing action plans, working with Talent Development for training materials, completing system audits and analyses, managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs, and installing upgrades.Create and foster an environment that promotes excellent customer service internally and externally, employee engagement, performance, teamwork, and accountability.Sets clear guidelines for front-line colleagues to improve the customer service experience, create engaged colleagues and customers, and facilitate organic growth.Acts as a subject matter expert in partnership with operations to create efficiencies and trends in business needs.Recruit by interviewing and making effective hiring recommendationsEffectively manage change to ensure departmental objectives are metCollaborate with all levels of operations and cross-department to identify and resolve moderate to complex issues.Provides coaching, training, and development for frontline colleagues to foster an environment of continuous growth.Evaluating employee performance and setting goals for colleagues during each quarter.Builds a world-class customer experience team through effective recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding.Provide suggestions to optimize procedures and keep staff motivatedEnsure adherence to policies for attendance, adherence, and established proceduresKeep management informed on issues and problemsMonitor activities of the team to ensure maximum efficiency of the operationFacilitate and participate in team and leadership meetingsWork on projects as needed

  What do you need?

  High School Diploma and 2 years of progressive, hands-on leadership experience in Administration Support.Military Experience a plus2+ years of progressive, hands-on in an administration support roleProven experience leading teams/campaigns/functions within an administrative teamAbility to communicate effectively at all levels within an organizationAbility to influence and persuade others in the process of change managementConflict resolution and negotiation skillsStrong knowledge of office applications including Google Suite is preferredSuccessfully meet pre-employment background screen
