ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this jobsuccessfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. * Maintaining compliance to Arbon Quality BusinessProcesses as they pertain to administrative procedures, and escalatingissues that relate to other areas to the appropriate manager forresolution. * Working with the Operations Manager, develops performancemetrics for the department and monitors performance of assigned staff,taking action to correct performance shortfalls in a timely andprofessional manner. * Monitors workflow of orders in the ServiceSystem daily, working with staff to alleviate bottlenecks and ensuretimely completion of service orders. * Addressing scheduling conflictsto ensure satisfactory resolution. This includes managing the PMPbacklog in a district zone and taking necessary action to ensure thebacklog does not age to an unacceptable level. This is accomplishedthrough performing periodic audits of orders, invoices, order status,PMP reports, etc. to ensure accuracy and identify needed correctiveaction. * Review daily scheduling ensuring resources are being usedeffectively and, as necessary, escalating issues to the Service Managersor VPGM. As scheduling conflicts occur, work with sales, service andcustomer personnel to ensure satisfactory resolution. This includesmanaging the PMP backlog in all district zones. * Monitors collectionsstatus and takes the lead in resolving district collection issues. Thisincludes effectively interfacing with customers and Sales to ascertainand document billing procedures to ensure timely payment of Arboninvoices. Takes the lead in working with major customers who havespecific and unique work order processing and invoicing requirementsthat are to be understood and executed correctly to ensure timelypayment, training personnel on these processes and ensuring they arecarried out properly. * This position is responsible for serving as thesubject matter expert and first level support for district TechnicalServices Coordinators and Service Technicians for service system mobiledevices, software, and JDE Service System Application. This includesissues such as connectivity, passwords, hardware malfunctions, and basicsoftware problems. Escalates issues as needed to corporate IT or vendortechnical support.
