Identify, design and develop new processes and requirements as part of a highly engaged and integrated engineering team. You will be a key technical focal point across Honeywell [SBG] advanced manufacturing engineering teams creating solutions that meet the dynamic needs of our new products from concept development through the start of production. By collaborating with internal customers and broader engineering teams, you will influence manufacturing cost, yield, and schedule execution. As a technical expert, you will leverage advanced tools and simulation techniques to deliver high impact business results while acting as a technical leader and coach for other engineers.

Standards application and improvements

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
