Engineered with a reusable first stage and a seven-meter payload fairing, New Glenn is building the road to space.As part of a hardworking team of diverse professionals, you will provide administrative assistance to the New Glenn program. This role involves frequent engagement with New Glenn leadership and requires a candidate with executive presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence others. Passion for our mission and vision is required!Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the New Glenn Executive Team and PPO office, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense report processing, and other administrative tasks.Maintain databases by entering data and generating reports, including seating assignments in OfficeSpace and other program tools. Coordinate straightforward projects that require coordination between multiple teams, and support more complex projects managed by project managers.Manage and support executive calendar of meetings, reviews, and appointments. Plan, coordinate and track schedules to ensure they are followed and kept up to date.Work closely with program leadership to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.Make complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.Complete expense reports on behalf of the assigned team.Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of executives.Coordinate logistics for conferences, events, and other business-related activities and assist in the preparation and execution of meetings, conferences, and other events.Maintain conference rooms and common areas to ensure equipment is in good working condition.Assist with the preparation of reports, memos, presentations, and other documents as needed.Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.Support NG leadership and admin team with other tasks as required to assist the program.Qualifications:4+ years of administrative experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and high customer service capabilities and deliveryAttention to detail - Demonstrate ability to produce quality products with a high level of accuracyEmotional maturity; positive, low-stress behavior, in words and actionsProven ability to handle confidential information with discretionAbility to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusionAdministrative skills, organizational skills and problem-solving skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentSelf-starter, strong bias for actionMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylumCompensation range for on site WA applicants is$28.09---$39.32 USDInclusivity StatementDon't meet all desired requirements?
