The Administrative Assistant position will be responsible for providing direct support to the Tempe office. In this role, the Administrative Assistant provides outstanding internal customer service, communication, administrative, technical, and problem-solving skills. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and increased responsibility.
In the Role
Maintain an understanding of departmental systems, personal computers, software applications and policies and procedures.
Ability to clearly communicate to large audience
Preparing and presenting site budget analysis
Assist in the identification and implementation of departmental improvements.
Ensure office efficiency by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.
Communicate with management on operational process improvement opportunities and/or trends.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and building facilities.
Assist in the creation of a work environment and culture that reinforces the company’s mission and core values.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, trainings, and engagement activities.
Coordinate Connectivity Day events and planning of executive visits including office preparation, catering and large group functions.
Requirements
High School / GED Diploma
Strong work tenure: three to five (3-5) years’ experience in office administration.
Preferred:
Ability to work full time hours and occasionally arrive early or stay during evening hours to support an internal or external event.
Proficient in basic MS office applications.
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
