  Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Action Officer (DAG) - Intermediate to join our team in the Chantilly, VA area.

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  Perform and maintain DAG support functions to include recognition programs, training and security.

  Will be responsible for tracking, editing and submitting awards and other HR-Related duties from time-time.

  Manage NRO Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions for supported office.

  Analyze and assign or perform actions as appropriate.

  Coordinate responses and assess for accuracy prior to senior management review.

  Manage and execute the action tracking process; develop standard operating procedures and serves as facilitator for user requirements.

  Monitor progress on actions, generate metrics to demonstrate accountability for meetings deadlines and quality expectations; prepare periodic reports on action status and keep leadership aware of late, pending new actions.

  Disseminate policy and legislative changes to appropriate parties internal to the NRO.

  Draft, proofread, edit and provide final review of internal and external correspondence.

  Develop and maintain presentations for audiences up to the NRO level, maintain a quality control process for all presentations.

  Participate in DAG related meetings.

  Position Requirements :

  BS/BA in related technical or business discipline (Advanced degree preferred) plus 4+ yrs relevant experience OR High School diploma/ GED and 8+ yrs relevant experience

  Knowledge of federal acquisition requirements. Department of Defense DoD/Intelligence Community (IC) budget & finance, and National Security Policy.

  Knowledge of systems engineering, project or program management.

  Ability to understand and write in systems engineering technical language.

  Clearance Requirements:

  TS/SCI with polygraph is required

  Physical Requirements:

  Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

  Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

  Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
