　　Credit payments, identify discount opportunities, and adjust purchase orders as necessary.

　　Reconcile accounting records and monthly transactions.

　　Match invoices to delivery documents and enter them into the system.

　　Process accounts payable and issue refund checks.

　　Investigate vendor statement discrepancies and communicate as needed.

　　Assist with quarterly and annual financial audits.

　　File and organize invoices and financial statements.
