Description

　　South San Francisco, CA design & manufacturing company is seeking to hire a contract Accounts Payable (AP) Processor for a duration of about 3 months. This role can be remote, hybrid, or onsite at the local Bay Area office. You will be instrumental in entering invoices into NetSuite and resolving vendor inquiries. Apply today for consideration!

　　Responsibilities:

　　• Enter AP invoices into NetSuite. Volume can be up to 400 invoices per week

　　• Responsible for coding of invoices according to their chart of accounts and their process and route for approval

　　• Light outreach to business owners/supplier

　　• Tracking AP vendor requests in ticketing system

　　Requirements

　　1-2+ years of AP data entry experience

　　Knowledge of full-cycle AP is helpful

　　Knowledge of NetSuite, Tipalti, or Coupa is helpful, but not required

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills
