  Job Overview

  TE Connectivity's Account Management Teams are responsible for selling TE's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.

  【仕事内容】

  国内主要メーカー(OEM)や車載電装メーカー(Tier1)への当社製品のセールス活動および顧客サポート業務。

  ・ 顧客の設計部署や購買部門に対する当社製品のプロモーション及び製品仕様に関するヒアリング

  ・ 顧客に密着したQCDのフォローを行い、顧客満足度を向上して、売り上げおよびビジネスシェアの拡大ににつなげる

  ・ 当社国内外のマーケティング部門・技術部門・製造部門の各責任者等と連携し、開発から納入までのトータルマネジメント

  ・ 海外姉妹会社と連絡を密に行い、情報の共有化と連携の強化により、グローバルでより良いサービスを顧客に提供する

  What your background should look like:

  【業務経験】

  ・ 電子部品メーカーや電材商社/代理店での営業として3年以上の実務経験ー要相談

  ・ 社内関係部門を巻き込み、協調性をもって積極的にプロジェクト推進ができる方 (明るさ、活発さ、粘り強さ、協調性)

  ・ 常に問題意識を持ち、その解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方

  ・ 顧客との折衝/交渉やコミュニケーションに自信のある方

  ・ 業務に対する積極的な姿勢 (待つのではなく取りに行く) および自己管理能力

  ・ 英語でコミュニケーションが取れる方

  ・ 二輪・自動車・建設機械・農業機械・トラック/バス関連メーカーへの電子部品の営業経験がある方

  ・ 業界を問わずコネクタの営業経験がある方
