Position:Account Executive (Mortgage Technology)
Job Description:
SUMMARY
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, finding cross selling, and upselling opportunities for ICE's Mortgage Technology (IMT) division. This individual will sell products and/or services and manage relationships with existing Encompass LOS client accounts to ensure satisfaction, account retention, and continued revenue growth and profitability. Responsible for upselling cross-divisionally data & analytics solutions, servicing solutions, and ancillary products within the origination space.
LOCATION
Hybrid from Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA
RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as primary liaison between client and IMT and understands client’s needs, including financial expectations and restrictions
Responsible the development and execution of account plans to ensure continued revenue growth from account base
Demonstrates product knowledge including various solutions, markets, and competitive intelligence
Analyzes and evaluates pricing and costing scenarios to offer most viable value proposition
Coordinates sales teams in the preparation of proposals for clients utilizing ICE resources and tools
Monitors service levels, discusses with management, and recommends opportunities for improving service levels, revenue, and profit
Creates and develops sales plans and strategies
Performs other related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Requires 8+ years of sales or account management experience
Mortgage origination industry experience
Experience selling or supporting mortgage SaaS based solutions
Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites , industry conferences, headquarters, and networking events
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Encompass or other LOS solutions
Experience with MSP or other servicing technology solutions
Experience working in a metrics-based environment with the ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
MS Dynamics or other CRM tool experience
Highly experienced in negotiation and ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent follow-up skills in all areas of sales cycle
