Job Summary:

　　Responsibilities:

　　We are looking for a Youth Development and Recreation Coordinator to join our EXOS Team! As our new Youth Development and Recreation Coordinator you will:

　　Coordinate, manage and maintain the day to day operations of kid care room

　　Develop and host youth programming that engages new and existing members of the community center

　　Create and grow a unique and memorable relationship with each family

　　Provide a safe, clean atmosphere for children

　　Foster age-appropriate learning and educational opportunities

　　Create fun, playful, family friendly programming and environment

　　Hire and train staff in department standards and expectations

　　Create staffing schedule

　　Collaborate with your team members to build a highly effective team environment and accomplish team goals

　　Monitor budgeted hours, approve payroll and time off requests

　　Report to the Sports and Recreation Manager and work to ensure successful and sustainable operations while maintaining alignment with growth strategies across the account

　　Attend department meetings as necessary

　　Perform other duties as assigned

　　Maintain neat, professional attire and a courteous, helpful attitude

　　The Ideal Candidate would have:

　　Bachelor’s degree

　　Minimum 3 years’ experience working with children.

　　One year of management or supervisory experience.

　　CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

　　Knowledge of Google applications and Microsoft Office applications

　　Strong organizational skills and customer-service oriented approach

　　Belief in the Exos mission and vision.
