　　Job Description

　　Pay Range: $28.49 – 29.49 / hour

　　Compensation breakdown: Starting pay $28.49, 28.99 after 90 days, and $29.49 after 180 days with successful review. Night shift roles are eligible for a shift differential of $1.00 per hour for worked hours between 6 pm - 6 am.

　　Schedule: Sunday, Monday and Tuesday + every other Saturday, 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Night Shift

　　$500 Quarterly Retention Bonus, must meet eligibility requirements

　　Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

　　Operate a forklift to perform shipping / receiving activities in a fast paced environment

　　Operate a yard truck accurately and efficiently to move trailers from the yard to a shipping door for shipment

　　Perform in the role of Dock Coordinator as needed

　　Managing minute-to-minute shipping / receiving activities

　　Prioritize and organize workload using PC, SAP, communication, and time management skills

　　Work self-directed and with minimal supervision to accomplish daily tasks

　　Drive Operation Results

　　Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

　　Qualifications

　　Qualifications

　　Current and valid CDL A Driver’s License with clean driving record

　　Minimum 2 years relevant experience

　　Prior warehouse experience preferred

　　Exposure to warehouse inventory scanners and basic equipment maintenance preferred

　　Experience working in a team environment with good communication skills

　　Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus

　　Ability to lift and move objects up to 75 lbs without assistance

　　Able to sit for long periods of time and drive backwards as needed

　　Ability to operate Industrial equipment
