As a key leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and evolving our Agile practices, ensuring they align with our business objectives and foster a culture of innovation, flexibility, and continuous improvement. In particular, be familiar with Agile2 and how to transform groups from traditional Agile to become more flexible and truly agile in execution.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement an Agile strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Agile coaches, release train engineers, scrum masters and practitioners.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.Ensure Agile methodologies are implemented effectively across teams, promoting consistency and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Agile practices are understood and effectively utilized.Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance Agile understanding and skills across the organization.Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Agile methodologies and tools.Provide expert guidance and support to teams in their Agile journey, including handling complex challenges and roadblocks.Measure and report on the effectiveness of Agile practices, including developing industry leading metricsCollaborate with senior leadership to integrate Agile with overall business planning and strategy.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree or higher is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile methodologies with a proven track record of successful implementation in a leadership role.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.In-depth knowledge of various Agile frameworks (e.g., Agile2, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices.Experience in change management and organizational culture change.Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.Agile certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) is highly desirable.Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
