　　In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

　　Establish the recruitment sources and search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media and employee referrals.

　　Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.

　　Represent the company at job fairs.

　　Keeping in touch with cross-business HR contacts.

　　Prepare recruitment statistics and feedback according to business need.

　　Posting advertisements, sourcing and screening CVs, scheduling interviews, delivering feedbacks to candidates.

　　Who You Are:

　　You are passionate about making an impact and always act with integrity. You continuously push yourself to achieve new goals and are not afraid to question the status quo by proposing creative solutions to problems.

　　For This Role, You Will Need:

　　University Degree.

　　Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills with a high work standards and attention to detail.

　　0.3 -1 years of relevant HR experience.

　　Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high work standard and attention to detail.

　　Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

　　Fluent level of French and English.

　　Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

　　University degree in Human Resources.

　　French language.

　　Experience in a multinational environment.
