Job Description
Turner & Townsend’s vision is to expand our global footprint. The US is currently our biggest growth market. We are currently seeking an experienced Workplace Change Manager for a project located in New Orleans, LA. However we are seeking someone excited to expand this service offering, which will include hybrid working and some travel.
We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and proactive individuals who have hands on change management experience and are passionate about delivering tangible results for clients. The Workplace Change Manager role requires managing workplace change activity to embed new ways of working and ensure that workplace change projects are successful in delivering changes in behavior.
The primary responsibilities will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee transition to a new building while minimizing resistance. This person will focus on the people side of change.
While the change manager may or may not have supervisory responsibility, this person will have to work with many stakeholders in the organizational hierarchy to succeed. The change manager will act as an advisor and communicator for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill project goals. The change manager may also provide direct support and advising to all levels of stakeholders through transitions. The change manager will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.
Key Elements:
Meet with client leadership and other client representatives; conduct interviews; run workshops; conduct and analyze surveys; gather, analyze and summarize data in easy-to-understand presentations.
Manage workplace change projects to meet fee objectives, organize and manage resources and be responsible for invoicing.
Implement regular communications to clients and the business regarding project progress.
Deliver workplace change strategies, communication plans & engagement plans.
Deliver change project reports to clients.
Contribute to exercises such as change complexity assessments, and stakeholder mapping.
Manage and report against delivery plans.
Develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
Effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix management environment.
Help support in identification of workplace change opportunities.
Contribute towards the preparation of bid proposals.
Develop innovative change management materials for application in real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources.
Capital Planning/Portfolio, Program, Project Management Systems experience.

Qualifications
Must have Capital Program / Capital Portfolio Management experience.
A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years experience in change management or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to articulate and demonstrate personal and business behaviors that aim to create a green, inclusive, and productive world.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Advanced technical skills in business communications strategy, planning and content development.
High competency in flow diagram, planning, presentations, and documentation.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence skills, including self- and relationship management and self- and social awareness.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
