Job Description SummaryThe Sr Specialist, Workforce Planning &Apprenticeship will create a comprehensive and integrated approach to C&WWorkforce Planning & Development efforts, specifically focused on theSkilled Trades workforce. The role will direct the development andimplementation of strategic and operational objectives in support of theAcquisition and Development of the Skilled Trades workforce. The role willdevelop the company's internal capabilities, as well as develop content tocommunicate those to current and prospective clients and partnerorganizations. The position will report to the Early Talent Program Manager,partnering with all levels of the organization, and is supported by thebroader Specialty Talent organization.Job DescriptionThis role is a remote opportunity, open for this team member to be basedwithin the United States.
Responsibilities:Drive workforce planning for the skilled trade and early career talentsegments across the organizationPartner with BD, Finance, Operations and broader HR department to createthe business case and demonstrate value from workforce planningrecommendationsOversee the governance and expansion of the companies Apprenticeshipprograms, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and newaccounts/clients are aware of and participating in the program.Develop and manage appropriate evaluation and reporting processes to determineworkforce programs' success and effectivenessDevelop and implement the marketing of programs and activities in support ofthe Skilled Trades workforce; represent CW with existing/potentialcommunity and association partnershipsBuild and expand strategic relationships with Technical High Schools, Tradeschools, and local community colleges to foster interest and recruit earlyin career talent to Facilities Management and the Skilled Trades.Maintain and build relationships with business and industry, governmentalagencies, community organizations and workforce development partners toensure quality and relevance to programs.Manage the program budget including developing budget proposals, justifyingexpenses, and monitoring expenditures.Support Skilled Trades training and development initiatives (technicaltraining, career paths, etc.) with SME, HR, and Learning & DevelopmentUse internal and external data and benchmarking to design and executeprograms, projects, and/or events that support the strategic directionof Global & Business talent development mission and goalsOversee the strategic development and deployment of Social Enterprisepartnerships across the US/CanadaBe an active collaborator for similar initiatives across the CW/CWSenterprise, including the Veteran's programs
Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field required5+ years of apprenticeship program management within Facility Management orSkilled Trades industries is requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills, able to presenteffectively to a wide range of audiencesAbility to influence leaders and colleagues; skilled consultant andfacilitatorStrong organization and project management skills, ability to managemultiple competing prioritiesFinancial and business acumenAble to work independently, create process and resourceful in findingaccurate information and dataAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholdersincluding leadership of partner organizations and Operations leadersAttention to detail coupled with a style that understands business context aswell as a participative team playerStrong analytics skills; able to collect, analyze, interpret, andpresent statistical dataCritical thinking and strong program manager skillsProficiency in MS Office Suite of programs, especially Excel and PowerPointTravel will be required to establish appropriate relationships with partnerorganizations - less than 50%

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will dependon factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargainingagreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, marketpay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
