　　Job Purpose

　　The car wash Team Member is responsible for the care and maintenance of our customers’ vehicles. This includes greeting customers, vacuuming cars and guiding vehicles on to conveyor. Providing excellent customer service to all guests in accordance with company policies.

　　Duties and Responsibilities

　　Acknowledge customer and direct vehicle to proper stopping point.

　　Greet customer, accept any special instructions, and direct customer to cashier booth and waiting area.

　　Vacuum interior and clean floor mats.

　　Clean interior glass, wipe down dash, steering column, console, door panels, etc.

　　Drive vehicles on and off conveyor.

　　Assist in other areas of the wash as directed.

　　Clean and maintain facilities, grounds, tools, and equipment.

　　All other duties assigned.

　　Requirements

　　Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

　　Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　Good communication skills.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

　　Valid driver’s license is preferred.

　　Outdoors year-round in all related weather conditions (i.e., sun, rain, wind, snow, extreme cold or heat).
