　　What you will do

　　The working student will be supporting the Office of the President of the HANA Database and Analytics team with various day-to-day activities that require support in any of the following areas:

　　Internal and employee communications for SAP HD&A, via diverse channels, such as mails, SharePoint, newsletters, blogs

　　Content creation including interviews, blogs

　　Maintain Communications Inbox

　　Support and organization of SAP HD&A-internal events, such as all-hands meetings, coffee corner sessions on L1 level, spotlight series

　　Provision of guidance for communications colleagues on HD&A L2 level

　　Creation and polishing of presentations (PPT) in preparation of meetings

　　What you bring

　　Student (f/m/d) at a university

　　Preferred fields of study: Economics, Management, Communication, IT

　　Computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

　　Language skills: fluent in English and German

　　Soft skills: very organized, self-starter mentality, good communication skills, ability to work remotely, team player

　　Meet the team

　　The Office of the President of the HANA Database and Analytics team supports the development and management tasks in the day-to-day business of running a 4.000 people development organization within SAP. The HD&A team spans across the world with development units in many countries of the world and we develop some of the core technologies and applications to support the growing success of SAP in the Cloud.

　　Our role is to ensure the content preparation of management meetings usually at Board level - to prepare customer meetings and to support the entire Leadership team within HD&A as needed.

　　Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
