Description

　　Robert Half has a client located in Downtown Fort Worth, seeking a Desktop Support Analyst. If you have a passion for working in an innovative environment, you will thrive in this position. The ideal candidate for this position would have at least 3 - 5 years of IT support experience. This will be a contract to permanent position.

　　Provide phone, webchat, and in-person support to end users and external vendors on a variety of Information Technology related issues.

　　Provide white glove service to C - Level executives and executive management.

　　Research and resolve basic network (VPN, Cisco routers), hardware, and software application problems.

　　Setup, install, and deploy laptop and desktop computers.

　　Administer user accounts for Active Directory and other applications.

　　Support/manage an Office 365 environment: Excel, OneNote etc.

　　Troubleshoot peripheral hardware.

　　Requirements

　　Microsoft Office 365 experience: assigning licenses, creating mailboxes etc.

　　Imaging experience: SCCM

　　Setup, install, and deploy laptop and desktop computers.

　　Active Directory experience: create/delete users, manage GPOs etc.

　　Troubleshoot FTP issues.

　　Remote software: Bomgar, TeamViewer, or similar tools.

　　Troubleshoot VPN issues.
