Description Our reputable client is seeking a Director of Finance to join the company. As part of the management team, the director of finance must have strong leadership, management, technology, analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills. 　　Major responsibilities

　　Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives

　　Manage the composition of financial outlooks and financial forecasts

　　Hire, train, and retain finance staff

　　Oversee daily operations of the finance and accounting department

　　Manage the operating procedures of the department, including short- and long-range goals, objectives, and policies- Perform analysis on operating results, comparing against budget

　　Oversee the preparation of all financial reports

　　Develop five-year business plans with department managers

　　Direct, review, and prepare budget management and financial planning functions

　　Maintains and reviews budgeting and forecasting models

　　Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions

　　Ensure adherence to budgetary reporting requirements, including local, state, and federal

　　Direct risk and insurance management

　　Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance Requirements

　　Background in non-profit or healthcare

　　Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

　　Experience with multiple financial and accounting reporting systems

　　Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting

　　10+ years of finance and accounting experience

　　Extremely detailed and analytical
