JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Job Overview The Working Foreman directs,coordinates and supervises the daily activities of all mechanics. TheWorking Foreman is also responsible for discussing vehicle problems withcustomers, diagnose the customers\' repairs through the use ofpreliminary test drives and delegate necessary work assignments to thetechnicians utilizing their abilities, knowledge and background. Hours:11:00 PM - 7:30 AM - Shift Differential Included! Essential Duties andResponsibilities Discuss vehicle problems with customers. Diagnosecustomer repairs through the use of preliminary test drives and delegatenecessary work assignments to the technicians utilizing their abilities,knowledge and background. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs asneeded, along with supervising and assisting other technicians. Shareknowledge and be able to give instructions and guidance to techniciansas required. Delegate or personally test-drive all repaired vehicles inshop. Enforce safety policies in the shop area. Maintain good customerrelations. Determine the method of repair for shop equipment. Fill infor Service Advisor as needed. All other duties as assigned. MinimumQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, additionaltrade school training preferred. Five (5) to seven (7) years of relatedexperience in truck service operations. Mechanical and refinishingknowledge required. Valid driver\'s license required; CDL required, orability to obtain.
