　　Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated career and customer-oriented Migration/Transition Specialist II in Stafford, VA.

　　The Migration/Transition Specialist's primary function is to lead migration efforts that involve the transition from on-prem IT infrastructure to cloud-hosted technology.

　　Performance shall include:

　　Keeping current with trends and best practices utilized among the broader cloud computing industry and makes internal adjustments and recommendations accordingly.

　　Collaborate with end users, business stakeholders, and other IT personnel.

　　Develop migration strategies and plans and subsequently oversee all aspects of migration, leading a team of Cloud Specialists responsible for implementation execution.

　　Required Education and Experience:

　　A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline and 4 years of experience.

　　Minimum of 2 years of position-specific relevant experience working on enterprise IT initiatives, 1 or more years of which are specific to cloud computing.

　　A High School Diploma and 8 years of experience or an Associates and 6 years of experience will be accepted in lieu of a Degree.

　　A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

　　Desired Education and Experience:

　　Professional certifications in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).Security Clearance:

　　Current Secret Clearance is required.Physical Requirements:

　　Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.

　　Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

　　Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

　　Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

　　Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

　　For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
