  What You'll Do:

  Job Overview-

  Join our team as a workforce scheduler for our operational site and make a meaningful impact on our business success! You'll supervise and schedule union employees, manage call-offs and fill vacancies, track employee attendance, and generate related reports to keep us organized and efficient. Bring your skills and attention to detail to help us run smoothly.

  Job Responsibilities-

  Manage union employee call-offs and backfill vacancies to ensure operational continuity.

  Create and communicate work schedules to union employees, including calculating shift totals and posting the manning schedule.

  Process payroll data in ADP and ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreement and company policies.

  Track employee timecard corrections, vacation and time off requests, meal premium hours, and service calls

  Collaborate with human resources and labor relations to maintain thorough knowledge of the CBA.

  What You Will Need:

  Associate degree plus 1 years of human resources, payroll, manning/scheduling or clerical operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of human resources, payroll, manning/scheduling or operations clerical experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.

  Experience handling sensitive and confidential information.

  Skilled in the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel at an intermediate level.

  Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.

  Skilled in writing simple correspondence.

  Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.

  Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

  Compensation:

  Hiring Salary Range Posted: $24.13 - $32.60 / hourly

  Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
