　　Key Responsibilities

　　• Plan and manage on a daily basis the work schedules for Inbound Voice and Chat Team

　　• Have access to and manage Time Sheets

　　• Track Log-In, Log-Out time, Break Times, Training Times

　　• Managing vacations, unscheduled leaves/absences etc. with information to Supervisors, Team Leads, Managers - with replacements

　　• Develop strategies/plan for retention, recruitment, training, coaching and knowledge management

　　• Identify 1) roles that may have become obsolete, 2) new roles that may have come up 3) Plan that staffing and the budget

　　• Manage the Sales Box – 1) Web Enquiry, 2) PO, 3) Contact Us

　　• Perform other duties as assigned

　　Competencies and skills

　　Graduate with up to 5 years’ experience in Work Force Planning/Management

　　Preferred Skills

　　Experienced in MS Office tools, especially Excel and Powerpoint. Familiarity with SAP based WFM Tool desired (NICE/InContact)

　　Additional Notes Proficiency in PowerBI desired
