Under limited guidance,collect and analyze human capital and HR data and metrics to identifyimportant workforce trends. Responsible for analyzing workforce data andproviding insights to key stakeholders in an accurate, clear, andconcise manner. Job Accountabilities Support HR initiatives byconsolidating data, performing in-depth analyses andinterpretation/evaluation, summarizing results and key trends, updatingmaterials, and preparing reports and presentations. This involvesdeveloping a solid understanding of the Bank\'s strategy, business linestrategies, current and future workforce requirements. Support theorganization\'s strategic workforce planning activity by maintaining theintegrity of the human capital dashboard and scorecard, developingdocumentation and support materials, examining and identifying keytrends and gaps in the data, and overseeing the production process ofworkforce planning reporting and analysis. Work with HR BusinessPartners to perform analysis of human capital metrics, uncover andinterpret trends in data, and produce recommendations. Partner withBusiness Partners by providing scheduled data reviews and highlightingtrends and potential risks that may impact the business. Design reportsfor key stakeholders summarizing the data and key findings. Support theHR Systems and Strategy Director in developing relevant human capitaland HR metrics to ensure continuous alignment of the design of all HRprograms with organizational objectives.
